nice idea. some overexposed clouds.
maybe a bit offcentered composition would help, with more space on the left side, to give him space to stare ? I'm still thinking about the vote... didn't do it for the moment....

The larger version is a bit better in terms of space, but I wouldn't make this a central composition. I agree with FAV, I'd crop it closer to the guy on the right and leave a bit more space in left. The clouds are overexposed and I would have blackened completely the guy. Looking just at the baseline of the hills it looks a bit tilted as well.
